Today is twenty-one days, which is three weeks, of the Omer in the year 5783. שכינה שבתפארת, Shekhinah ShebeTiferet, Indwelling of Balance. Without changing anything, there is balance waiting within us. We are whole beings on a life journey. How do we make space for this peace?
Life Happens 24/7, We Choose Where to Put Our Attention
Many habits became petrified over the last three years.
One thing is free: we can choose to look up.
It’s hard to give up the dopamine rush.
It’s hard to allow ourselves to be bored.
Yet, our Internal Balance is at stake.
The Divine Calls to Us From the Splendor Within
If we constantly accept external stimuli,
We never hear ourselves and our deepest desires.
Teenage angst reflects the inability to control our lives.
Adult malaise reflects the fear of trying.
We have always been enough.
Hold Space For All That Was and All That Is and All That Will Be
Past, Present, Future.
Everything, Everywhere, All At Once.
Does it matter?
Turn towards The Balance we seek.
Trust in Ourselves.
Allow the Divine Mother to nurture us into Courage and Calm.
