Today is twenty-four days, which is three weeks and three days of the Omer, in the year 5783. תפארת שבנצח, Tiferet ShebeNetzach, Healing Waters within Endurance. Soul work is difficult work. The path is never linear. Regression is part of the process.
Basically the Half-Way Point
There are 49 days in the Omer count, so there’s no exact half-way point when counting days. If you are counting the days until Shavuot, then tomorrow is the half-way point. But here, in the healing waters of Tiferet, we have the opportunity to be gentle with ourselves. We are not angels. We are humans stumbling through our embodied lives, trying to be the best version of ourselves we can be.
Loving Ourselves Into Endurance
Whether you are an athlete,
Or a mathlete.
Whether you can hike a mountain without breaking a sweat,
Or get exhausted from standing too long,
You are amazing.
We are the best version of ourselves we can be in this moment.
We are wonderful and beautiful and courageous and unique.
We deserve love and wonder, depths and frivolity.
We Are Who The World Needs Now
This is not about counting the Omer every day for 49 days.
This is about living into the Truth in our souls:
We are exactly who we need to be.
We are each unique, and each important.
By living into the healing waters of self-love,
We build endurance for the journey ahead.
